1. My project is for young adults where they can post up their
work/art , thoughts and opinion's.
2. I would have to figure out how to create a web page , how to
attract people attention to the idea, figure out how to allow people
to put their work up, and how to keep the people attracted to the
idea.
3. Give instructions/simple steps on how they can use this site.
4. Start setting up the programs i need to start the web page.
5. Set up the website and start to put the programs together.
6. Get links and put work up so people will get interested in enjoying
this idea.
7. Create a blog on the site to see how people are are reacting to the website.

Ian,
You can design the website yourself and publish submissions. Basically, you have people send you their art, poems, or whatever they want to post to your email address. Then you can update the website with the material. You can link to a blog to allow people to have a discussion about the posts. Your project is very similar to Hector's. Have you talked to him about it?
